Weasel coffee means that the animal sniffs out the best beans,
chugs them down to be retrieved at the end of the journey. Hulls on the beans prevent digestion, but the journey supposedly enhances flavor.

Frankly, I think regular Vietnamese coffee is the best. The spoon almost stands up by itself.
