 Waiting for us to come back from a Zodiac outing, the Ortelius was built in Poland in 1989 and used for Russian research until it was refitted for tours. Named after a Dutch cartographer who published the first world atlas, it accommodates 110 passengers, six expedition guides and a crew of 40. |
