 This Argentine research station operates only in the summer - ending earlier than usual this year (part of the reason we had not-so-great weather). Patagonia is known for changeable weather – you can have four seasons in one day, they say. The crew was very conscientious about safety. If a destination was too windy, we went to a more protected cove. |
