 More Lockroy buildings. Four women "manned" the place this summer. A coal stove warmed every room - kitchen, bunks, tool shop and even a bar in the living area. Now there's a postmaster (who also counts penguins for the annual census) where people on my boat mailed cards that should get to them at home by Christmas. |
