The streets of Paree are also the workplace for Kanu, the haircowboy who cuts hair of any passerby he can convince. He says he does only enough cuts to pay for the day's expenses, then stops, charging according to ability to pay, i.e., 25 euros for students, 50-75 for wealthier types. He says he was raised in Zimbabwe but has worked in New York. He can be reached at 06 34 43 49 28 in case you're interested in a standing(!) appointment. I'm not recommending him, he was just an interesting find along the way.
