| One of the big problems in India is trash. Here it is accumulating around a sign warning people not to toss indiscriminately. It is everywhere. Sometimes it is swept into piles, where animals come along and re-distribute it. Otherwise, it just lies where it falls. For public health reasons, it should be more of a political priority, but I didn't see any evidence. |
