This is what I thought all my pictures would look like.

It's funny the way human eyes interpret walking through clouds as mysterious, ethereal and other-worldly. A camera doesn't always see it that way. It rained buckets the first night and until late afternoon the next day. Then again. And again. I decided I wouldn't let a little rain spoil my parade, so took off to see what there was to see. First, it was the Himalayan Mountain Institute, that lauds the early Mount Everest conquests in 1953 and shows the primitive equipment climbers used. My shoes and jean legs were quickly soaked. The deluge continued the next day, so I rolled up my wet pant legs, put on my soggy shoes and struck off again.
