La Milagrosa (the Miraculous One) is the most-visited tomb and the the only one allowed cut flowers (that attract mosquitos). Legend has it that the woman died in childbirth. Her stillborn child was buried with her at her feet. When the sarcophagus later was opened, the baby's bones miraculously were in her arms. The grave supposedly has healing powers and childless women come to pray for pregnancy.
