In Situ art festival
Fort d'Aubervilliers, Paris

June 2014

Fort D'Aubervilliers was once a military fort, one of 16 built mid 19th century around a defense wall circling what was then the city. After being a fort, it became barracks for the gendarmerie, then an auto graveyard. All too often now referred to as an industrial wasteland, it has been transformed for several summer months into an outdoor art festival titled In Situ.
